Located 2 miles north of Liverpool City Centre on County Road, (see contact us) our brand new studio has been purposely designed and built to provide a relaxing, comfortable and safe environment where you can enjoy yoga and wellness activities.

Studio 1 / the Heat Chamber is Liverpool’s first dedicated hot yoga studio equipped with the latest infrared heating and air purification system. The infrared technology used in hospitals to warm newborn babies provides a safe and environmentally friendly method for heating you. whilst our air purification system also maintains air quality and reduces odors. The studio is equipped with mirrors, hardwood flooring and ambient lighting.
Studio 2 is a light and airy space with hard wood flooring and ambient lighting used to practise hot yoga and non hot classes.
The Spa has a light, warm and relaxing environment that is equipped with 3 beautiful treatment rooms and a separate consultation room. Please see our spa menu for details on our full range of massage, body and facial treatments or speak to one of our friendly therapists or staff.
The Reception Area is located as you walk in on the ground floor. All payments for classes, treatments, mats, towels, drinks, spa and yoga products should be made here. If you have any questions about our classes, treatments or products please don’t hesitate to ask as we would love to help you find what you’re looking for.
Shower and Changing Facilities are available. There are separate facilities for men and women both include individual overhead showers, secure lockers and modern furnishings. There is also a separate ladies WC room with hair dryers and mirrors.
Our Chill-Out Room with Juice Bar is the perfect place to unwind before or after a class. Try one of our specially blended juices or smoothies, pick up some health tips or just sit and chill!
